ANY KIND.  EACH PIECE IS HANDCRAFTED WITH YOUR MILK THEREFORE IT CANNOT BE RETURNED. PLEASE
BE 100% SURE ON RING SIZE BEFORE ORDERING AS A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE
ISSUED IF YOU ORDERED THE INCORRECT SIZE. 

Please be aware because these are handcrafted there is a chance for variations such as evidence of hand forming, hand sandings, air bubbles within the stone, and other samll inperfections that are all within normal range of handmade jewelry.

Reasons for remakes would be losing a stone. If the stone falls out and you can find it, I will reset it at no cost to you. If a stone falls out and unable to find it, I will remake at no cost to you if it has been within 6 months of purchasing. Any other jewelry flaws will need to be reported within the first 14 days of recieving your jewelry for a replacement to be made.

Lastly, if you order and need to cancel. You have 7 days from the date of purchase and will have a 20% inconvenience fee deducted from the total cost of your order. This is because many of our designs require us ordering your design and ring setting with your correct size. When you order you are reserving a spot for a custom creation. Please be aware of this and mindful to place only orders you intended to fill.
